Terms and Conditions
All goods must be signed for. If a parcel is damaged don't sign for it and send it back, otherwise please sign and write un-checked. If there is damage to the goods please contact us as soon as possible.
Parrotcare will replace or refund any damaged item if it is stated that the parcel was signed for un-checked.
If you sign for the goods and don't write un-checked you are accepting the goods are in an acceptable condition.
This does not affect your statuary rights.

You are responsible for the cost of returning products unless they are faulty or do not otherwise comply with the terms of the contract. Please obtain proof of posting so that this can be produced in case of any loss or damage in the post. We're sorry but Custom-made / Special Order products cannot be returned.
This guarantee is in addition to your legal right under the Distance Selling Regulations to cancel an order within 7 working days without a reason. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Parrotcare insures all birds for 14 days, this is up to a maximum of £150. This has an excess of £25.
Insurance can also be taken out by any other insurance company if required. A non refundable deposit of up to £100 is taken on all babies.
