All orders placed by the 21st December will be with you before Christmas. All orders placed after that date may arrive after Christmas. Orders under £50, carriage is £6.95, orders over £50 are delivered free.

Delivery is to mainland England, Wales and most of Scotland only. Anywhere out of this range we will contact you as soon as possible with the extra carriage costs before we dispatch.

Please ring or e-mail to check if your postcode is free delivery before ordering if out of mainland UK.

Someone must sign for the parcel as we don't leave parcels if a signature is not obtained.

All parcels must be opened and checked or signed for un-checked, if there is any damage to a parcel don't sign for it and send it back.

We will deliver all hardware within 5 working days if there is any problem with this we will contact you.

Delivery of all livestock costs £65 and will normally be made within 7 to 10  days.
